Wild Turkey Sportsmen plan for coming season

The National Wild Turkey Federation Drumlins Chapter held elections on July 21 at the Sodus Bay Sportsmans Club. The following were elected to positions:

• Mark Salerno, president
• Russell Granger, vice president
• Michelle Salerno, secretary
• Ken Stevens, second-term treasurer

Results of the committee election were as follows:

• Richard 'Tex' Salerno, second-term banquet chairman
• Joyce Rickles, second term banquet chairman
• Tracy Granger, banquet game chairman
• Tex Salerno, representative to Wayne County Federation of Sportsmans clubs and public information officers

1999 August turkey sighting survey packages should have been received by past volunteers, by mail, from the DEC. NWTF members who wish to participate can contact DEC at 716.226.5461 or Drumlins member Tex Salerno at 587.2243.

Sodus Bay Sportsmans Club is hosting our Chapter meetings for 1999. Next meeting of Drumlins Chapter Committee will be September 8 at 7 p.m. If you would like to be on the Committee, or just would like to attend meeting, all members are welcome.
