Candidates are revving up for November elections in Williamson. With Supervisor Mary Ann Bliek's decision to step down, several are vying to fill the post.

Democrat Wilma Young has already thrown her hat into the ring, and Republican Mark Alquist has also announced his intentions. Now, Thomas Wetherell has announced that he will seek the GOP endorsement.

The GOP will caucus Monday, August 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Middle School.
