The Newark High School Class of 1932 met at Burnham's Canalside at the Newark Quality Inn on Wednesday to celebrate their graduation 67 years ago.

Letters of greetings were read from Lacey Padgett, Harriet Thorne, and Elsie Healey.

The class of 1932 was the largest to graduate from Newark High School up to that date, with 66 Seniors. Rhea Merriam was the Valedictorian, and Larrine Farnsworth was Salutatorian. The class colors were pink and white.

The message given to them by speaker J. Adams Puffer of Boston was entitled "Making a Living and a Life Worth Living."

Diplomas were given out in a Tuesday night ceremony by Cora E.P. Elliot, Superintendent of Schools.

The class song was as follows:

Here's to the class of '32
Here's to the four years we've been through
We have worked together,
and played together
Now we say 'Adieu'!
Say! Here's to the folks we leave behind
We hope they will always find happiness,
Wishing them success
Here's a toast from the class of '32!

Pictured above at the luncheon were Bernard Wiebeld, Francis Mason, Gerald Frey, Al Proseus, Don Greule, Dorothy (Allen) Corthals, Helen (Downs) Axtell, Bud Darrow, Anna (Bilotta) Tarantelli and Larry Rice.
