Don't forget the Pultneyville Garage Sale The Pultneyville Historical Society's 10th Annual Pultneyville Community Wide Garage Sale will be on held September 18 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., rain or shine. This is a fundraiser for the organization that draws thousands to the hamlet for a fun-filled day. Garage sales will he held at many homes throughout the community. Registered participants will display a pink sign showing their support for the Society. A large flea market, including antiques and crafts, will also be held in Centennial Park (corner of Route 21 and Lake Rd.). The Society's home at 4130 Mill St. will be open, offering the public an opportunity to visit the new Capt. Throop exhibit and gift shop. Society members will be serving homemade pie, coffee and pizza. A barn sale will also be held at this site. Food will be available; admission and parking are free.
