Town of Arcadia organizes for '99 All were present for this week's annual organizational meeting of the Town of Arcadia. The second Tuesday of each month was reserved for the regular Town Board meeting to be held in the courtroom, 2nd floor, at 100 East Miller Street, 7:30 p.m. Supervisor Dominic Bartucca appointed Councilman Michael DeJohn Deputy Supervisor, and Joan Grambo as clerk to the Supervisor and 1999 budget officer. Councilwoman Brenda Westcott offered a resolution that attorney David Saracino be employed as counselor for the town for 1999, at a rate of $100 per hour. Approved. Robert Howard, animal control officer for the village of Newark, was appointed animal control officer for the Town of Arcadia. The Newark branch of Community Bank, N.A., Marine Midland, and Charter One banks were designated as depository of checking funds, and Community Bank, N.A., Marine Midland, Lyons National, and Charter One Bank designated as depositories for savings accounts. The Courier-Gazette was designated as the official newspaper of the Town of Arcadia for 1999. Other appointments:
