Youth Rally at Newark church The DeCycles, a biking youth missions group from Orleans, Michigan, will be presenting a youth rally on Tuesday night, July 13, at 6:30 p.m., at Newark Baptist Fellowship Church. This group of teens and their chaperones will be stopping in Newark as they bicycle their way to Maine, ministering in the name of Jesus along the way. They will be presenting a program of various styles of music, skits and drama, and a stiffing message. NBFC will be providing their location for ministry, while Arcadia Reformed Church will provide for their sleeping accommodations. Following this fun-filled evening, everyone is invited to stay for ice cream and some volleyball. Although the target group will be teens, all ages are encouraged to come out and hear these excited young people. Please bring your lawn chairs or blankets to sit on for this outdoor rally, but in case of rain, the program will be held indoors. Newark Baptist Fellowship Church is located at 401 Stuart Avenue, on the northwest side of Newark. Pastor John DePugh and the congregation hope everyone will come and enjoy a mid-summer evening you won't soon forget. If you have questions, please call the church at 331.9633.
