Attention Newark Freshmen

All incoming Newark High School freshmen are invited to participate in the S.T.A.R.S. program. It is free of charge and designed to prepare 9th graders for the higher standards that are expected of students in high school.

The program begins on Monday, August 23 and ends on August 27. Hours are 9-11 a.m. Teachers from the core areas will be at the school to work with interested students. Incentives and prizes will be awarded each day.
