Princess reigns over Lyons Peppermint Days If you missed the crowning of the Lyons Peppermint Princess last week, here's a re-cap.
Judges named Michelle Galusha as Princess. The 17-year-old junior participates in her church choir and in the "Beautification of Lyons." She plays clarinet in the band and has been in several school musicals. An archery champion, Michelle also has been on the track team, played basketball and enjoyed being a football cheerleader. Runner Up was Kristal Morse. Also a 17-year-old-junior, Kristal participates in the vocal jazz ensemble and Spanish Club. She has served as treasurer of her school's Future Business Leaders of America club and enjoys singing and dancing. Copyright © 1999 |
