Sodus Lighthouse 5K run The Sodus Bay Historical Society will sponsor the Light House 5K run on Sunday, July 4, with an 8 a.m. check-in time at the Old Sodus Point Light House. The light house is located at 7606 Ontario St., Sodus Point. Those who haven't already registered should contact Mike DeMay at 716.381.4812 and try out this fast-paced course. The run begins at 9 a.m., with awards presented promptly after the race. Age, categories for male and female runners are: 13 & younger, 14-17, 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, and 70+ overall male and female winners and the first three finishers in each age category will receive awards.
