Newark Grange Citizen of the Year

Newark Grange was treated to jelly rolls on March 19.

First prize went to Louise Galusha; 2nd to Hazel Herdman; 3rd Dorothy Stewart and 4th Carol Miller.

After refreshments, Newark Grange selected as their Citizen of the Year, William Liddle, member of Fairville Fire Dept. for over 25 years. He is a certified EMT and instructor for EMT the past 15 years. Liddle is a certified Heart Association CPR instructor and he conducts EMT classes.

Liddle is retired from the Marion School District. He worked for Wayne County 4-H and youth programs and has touched many lives.

There is no Grange meeting on April 2.
