Newark Pinewood Derby results On March 6, Cub Scout Pack 138 held their annual Pinewood Derby at St. Michael's School gym. Over 80 cars raced during the day's event. Cars were built and painted from official Pinewood Derby kits by the Scouts and parents. Refreshments were served and all had a great day! Den Leader Dave Wind presented trophys to the top six finishers: 1st - Jonathan Shanley; 2nd - Peter Ersteniuk; 3rd - Bobby Hauf; 4th - Michael Wind; 5th - Ryan Contraneo; 6th - Tommy Santelli. Other awards were also presented: Most Traditional - Kyle Winchell; Raciest Car Design - Chris Martin; Funniest Car Design - Blake Stewart; Most Original - Zachery Burnett; Best Decorated Paint - Josh Yost; Best Decorated Decal - Zachery VerPlank; Pride of the Pack - Ryan Hughs; Most Promising - Zach Milligan; Most Impressive Show - Isaac Deking; Tiger Award - Adam Prizzi.
