Make snowmen sweatshirts at Lyons Library On December 2 at 7 p.m., Barbara Bornheimer, Programming Specialist for the Lyons Public Library, will instruct class participants on how to make snowmen decorated sweatshirts. Participants must bring a sweatshirt, either dark green, navy blue or burgundy, since the dark colors work best. The library will provide the fabric paint and sponges. There is $1 fee to help cover the cost of the sponges which participants will be able to take home. These sweatshirts make wonderful Christmas gifts. Registration is limited to 10.
