Comedy of Errors at NHS

Show dates are October 7-9 at Newark High School, for Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors. Director Steven Duprey said: "It's the first time these kids have done Shakespeare, and they are doing an amazing job. The play is very funny."

Dromio of Ephesus - Andy Sloane
Dromio of Syracuse - Elliot Iocco
Balthazar (a merchant) - Evan Franchi
Angelo (a goldsmith) - Justin Kraham
First Merchant (friend to Antipholus of Syracuse) - Ricky Byers
Second Merchant (to whom Angelo is a debtor) - Bill Hammon
Pinch (a schoolmaster) - Ryan Lynn
Jailer - Chris Joyce
Aemilia (wife to Aegeon, an abbess at Ephesus) - Sarah Rynearson
Adriana (wife to Antipholus of Ephesus) - Gretchen Snedeker
Luciana (her sister) - Sarah Chilson
Luce (servant to Adriana) -Bethany Comella
A Courtesan - Leah Daniels

The Rest (officers, servants, puppeteers, etc.): Justin Carr, Susanna MacLaren, Stacy Prizzi, Jeni Seavert, Christina Morse, Kim English, Kim Hainnion, Colleen Hallagan, Jenn Roets.

The show dates are October 7 at 7 p.m., October 8 and 9 at 8 p.m. at the high school auditorium. Tickets are $4 advanced reserved (available at the high school office) and $5 at the door. The production is presented by the Newark High School Drama Club.
