The works of Richard Hawver (1922-1983)
are on display through Friday at the Wayne County Council for the Arts gallery in Lyons.
An art teacher at Newark High School for many years, Hawver is the featured artist in an annual showcase of 'historically
significant, local artists.'
The gallery is located at the corner of Broad and Water Streets in Lyons.
