Collection in Marion

Once again the youth group of the United Church Of Marion is trying to make a difference. There will be a collection for a community dinner and any unused items will be donated to a local clothing closet. Last year was a big success, collecting over 75 + bikes for charity (the bikes are still coming in ). This year the group will be collecting the following items:

Bottles and cans (5 cent)

Coats and blankets

Hats, mittens, boots, scarves (any size and any color).

The collection will be Saturday, October 23. If you would like items picked up, call 926.5501 and leave a message; or drop the items at the church any weekday from 9 a.m. until noon or on the 23rd from 9 a.m. until noon.
