 Winter concert in Marion
Pictured readying the poinsettia plants for delivery are Nan DeWispelare, Helen Dingman and Erma Clark. The program included the Junior High band, the Elementary chorus, the concert band, the Senior choir and the wind ensemble. The music directors were Helen Gigliotti, Phyllis Stock, Bruce Thompson, Rebecca Borden, and accompanists Linda Bush and Erin Bushart. Father Robert Gaudio of St. Gregory's Church gave an explanation of the program. Businesses, individuals and the freewill collection donated money, food and gifts which were distributed and delivered among the needy families of our community. Pinsettia plants were also purchased and distributed to the shut-ins, those on the sick list or hospitalized, or in nursing homes. top of page Copyright © 1997 |

The Marion Community Winter Concert was held on Dec. 15th at the High School.
An overflow crowd attended the annual event.
