CPR for the Rescuer

The Red Cross will offer CPR for the Professional Rescuer, at the Sodus Point Fire Dept., August 23 from 8:30 until 4:30.

Course topics: Role of preofessional rescuer in the EMS system; how to perform specialized skills and techniques; recognize risk factors that contribute to cardiovascular disease; recognize/respond to respiratory and cardiac emergencies in babies, children, adults; role of the rescuer in providing emergency care.
