Wild readers wanted

Over 200 children are enrolled in the Newark Public Library's Summer Reading Club: Go Wild! Read! The Go Wild! Read! theme is being used by Maureen Wroblewskipublic libraries statewide to encourage children and their families to read for the fun of it. The Newark Public Library's program is designed to keep children reading all during the summer with weekly crafts, prize-drawings and special events like having your photo taken in the "Wild Animal Box."

Sign up for Go Wild! by visiting the Newark Public Library at the corner of Mason and High Streets. The Library is open Mondays from noon-9 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 9:30-9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10-3 p.m.
