Brooklyn Alumni honor D.A. Healy

Wayne County District Attorney Rick Healy, along with five other former prosecutors in the Brooklyn D. A.'s Office, was honored by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Alumni Association.

D. A. Rick HealyThe June 9 celebration took place at a dinner at the South Street Seaport in New York City. Each honoree received an award for "maintaining the highest standards of the legal profession and serving with distinction."

The Brooklyn Alumni Association is composed of current and former prosecutors from the largest District Attorney's office in the City of New York.

Healy served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn from 1980-83.

The other former prosecutors honored were New York City Criminal Court Administrative Judge Judy Kluger; United States Attorney Zachary W. Carter of the Eastern District; Stephanie Anderson, District Attorney of Portland, Maine; Barry Krischer, State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida; and Paul Pfingst, District Attorney of San Diego, California.
