Planting a tree in Gloria's
memory
As a living tribute to Gloria Dillon-Hallagan, the homeroom
class of her daughter,
Susannah Hallagan, planted a clump birch tree in the Memory
Garden of St. Mark's Church. Susannah is pictured with the
shovel, as the Rev. Barbara Kauber (left foreground) looks on.
Susannah is a student at St. Michael's School. A dogwood was also
planted in the Garden, by the staff of Roosevelt Children's
Center. It too was in memory of Gloria, who died last year. (John Zornow photo)
