Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic!

The Newark Public Library is inviting all local bear owners to attend the Teddy Bear Picnics. Children ages 3 and 4 can attend the Tuesday, June 24 picnic at noon. Participants are asked to bring a bear and a sandwich to this lunchtime program.

Older children aged 5-7 years can attend the Wednesday picnic. Reservations are requested so preparations can be made to supply juice and cookies.

The Newark Public Library is located at the corner of Mason and High Streets and can be reached by calling (315) 331-4370.
