Bay Street to raise $$ for AIDS

The Bay Street Hotel, Sodus Point's premiere gourmet restaurant owned and operated by master chefs Anne and Douglas McLeod, will once again lend its Key West motif and cuisine to a fundraiser to beneflt AIDS Rochester on November 8.

All food and beverages are being donated and all servers and bartenders are donating their time to the cause as well. Sean Kennedy from Papa Joe's and Pat from Hogan's Hideaway in Rochester are among the celebrity bartenders.

One price includes the Key West inspired cuisine including soup, salad with house dressing, choice of entree, coffee and dessert, plus an evening full of entertainment and surprises. The popular auction is also back this year.

Something new this year is the Key West Bonnet Party, where guests are invited to create hats with a festive theme. Live music will be provided by Bob Straubing and Henry Viniski (Old Guys With Glasses).

Tickets are $25 per person and available only at the door on a first come, frst served basis. The festivities will begin at 5 p.m.
