Wayne-Seneca ABATE has big toy run On September 14, more than 45 bikes gathered in the parking lot next to the Newark McDonald's for a fundraising event for toys for children in need. The annual September motorcycle run, dedicated to the late Paul Burley, was put on by ABATE of New York's Wayne-Seneca Chapter. ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) of New York works closely with other motorcycle rights groups to ensure that bikers' views are presented to legislators. ABATE also works to promote motorcycle education, safety, and awareness. The local chapter has meetings the first Thursday of the month at the Marion American Legion at 8 p.m. Everyone interested in motorcycling is invited to attend.
