Newark musical planned

The Newark Middle School will present a new musical, with cast members from all three grades. Star*Struck is a collection of charming Broadway and movie tunes, writeen by middle school teachers Ellen Bristol and Gail Harmston.

Songs are from the musicals Annie, Les Miserables, Oliver, Li'l Abner, Aladdin and Mary Poppins.

Show time is 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7. Admission is free. Pictured are several of the chorus members.
