Dessert buffet in Marion

On Saturday, April 25, the public is cordially invited to a dessert buffet to be held in the old Grange Hall which is the future home of the library. Syracuse author, Harvey Kaiser will share slides and highlights of his most recent book, Landmarks in the Landscape.

This book spotlights architecture in national parks of the American West. Dr. Kaiser, an architect whose previous book, Great Camps of the Adirondacks, is in its 15th printing, has ties to Marion. He is married to the former Linda Pembroke, daughter of Bob and Mina Pembroke. The Footsteps to the Future committee invites you to join them at this event and take an opportunity to see the Grange building and talk about plans for the future library.

Please call the library at 926-4933 to make reservations for this reception.
