Sodus Rotary BBQ

The Sodus High School cafeteria will be turned into a barbeque pit on Saturday, April 25 as the Sodus Rotary Club hosts the chicken barbeque.

From 4:30 - 7:00 p.m., such famous Sodus "chefs" as, Mike Garlock, Al Beckens, Frank Hooper, Dan Kane and Paul Riker will be preparing the chicken with the Rotarians famous Cornell recipe barbecue sauce.

Rotarians Don Lessord, Cindy Miner. Rev. Ralph Deen-Clingan, Donna Chittenden and others will don aprons and serve up the mouth-watering chicken along with salt potatoes, coleslaw, baked beans and all the accompaniments. Assorted desserts will be supplied from the kitchens of Rotary bakers.

Tickets for the BBQ may be purchased in advance from any Rotarian, or at the door. Eat-in or take-out.
