New NHS track
in place

The maintenance/renovation projects for the Newark School District continue, and will hopefully be complete by the start of the school year Sept. 8.

The new track at the high school is nearly done, and the pool was recently emptied and resurfaced.

Neighbors say the crews must be anxious to get everything done in time - they heard workers at the high school start this week at 5 a.m.
