Car tries to pass on the right

Robert W. Neve of East Union St., Newark, did not successfully pass this truck Wednesday afternoon. Both vehicles were travelling from Westshore Boulevard onto North Main Street, around 4 p.m.

Neve was ticketed for unsafe passing on the right. The truck driver, who is from Pennsylvania, was ticketed for improper right turn. Neither man was injured.
