See the 'Newark 1942' video

The Arcadia Historical Society will show the newly produced video Newark in 1942, at the Arcadia Museum, 120 High St., on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 7:30 p.m.

The video will be shown on a large projection screen using a video projector, enabling the image to be seen by larger audiences.

Arcadia Historical Society President Chris Davis said, "Images of early Newark, including downtown, residential, factories, the Rose Gardens, parades, and, most notably, the War effort, will be seen in this remarkable film of 1940s Newark."

Copies of the video will be for sale for $25 each by the Newark Fire Department.

For additional information, phone Chris Davis at 331-4078.
