Barbara DeWandel, Linda Roeland, Mildred Adriaansen, Kate Clark, Ida Wilde and Carolyn Adriaansen enjoyed lunch at the Olive Garden on Wednesday. Joanne DeVries spent time with her sister, Grace Schaap, in St. Catherine, Canada, last week in celebration of her sister's birthday. Those participating in the Youth Sunday at the Second Reformed Church were: Nate DePoint, Erin Bushart, Jenny Hironimus, Mark Hussey, Kevin Haak, Sarah Haak, Josh Davis, Rebecca Lewis, Elizabeth Welch, Elizabeth Boerman and Stephanie Richards did children's church. The Junior Choir provided the special music, titled, "You Are the Light of the World." John Boerman was in charge of audio. Bob and Phyllis Adriaansen and children, Dan and Jenna have returned from a trip to Florida where they visited their parents, Rog and Gen Adriaansen. They were there to help grandpa poppie celebrate his birthday on the 17th. Judy White and girls, Bonnie and Leah, spent time with Judy's parents, Tom and Joanne Porter, near Philadelphia, over the school recess. On Saturday, Gordon and Carolyn and Rod and Helen Adriaansen and Harold and Eleanor Schoonerman enjoyed a delicious supper at Emile's in Geneva in honor of Rod's birthday which was on the 19th. Carrot cake and coffee followed at Rod and Helen's to top off the celebration. February 23, 1933 - Levan R.
