TARS make cards for veterans

Members of the Teenage Republicans met Sunday afternoon to make Valentine cards. The cards will be taken to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Canandaigua.

Jane Biddle advises the TARS, as she has for 25 years. The Wayne County chapter is the only one still functioning in New York.
