Mark DeCracker was on hand to capture some of these moments, including little Anne Galbraith enjoying her first picnic with Grandpa, Dick Galbraith, and Peppermint princess Townley Ennis. Beth Whitbeck entertained with song, and Mark provided rides in his bicycle "rickshaw."
