Open gym night at the Education Building behind the Second Reformed Church is titled, "Just July." It will be held on Saturday, July 18 from 7:30-10 p.m. for anyone in grades 7-12. Invite your friends for B-Ball, V-Ball, Soccer Ping Pong, Music, Food, Board Games, Videos, 4 Square. Officially Sanctioned Loitering!

Fran VanStaadluinen is recuperating at home following surgery at Rochester General.

Joshua Weis underwent surgery at Sodus and is recuperating from resetting of bones in his right arm.

Judy White presented the Ministry of Music at the July 12 morning service at the Second Reformed Church.

Gary and Judy Cleveringa of Orange City, IA, have benn visiting in the area spending time with her sister, Roy and Shirley Tack.

Patience - being able to wait for the first coat of paint to dry before adding the second.

Jenna Adriaansen, daughter of Bob and Phyllis, is recovering nicely from a fractured bone in her back.

JULY 19, 1923 - Members of the Second Reformed Church held their annual picnic on July 10 at Holland's Cove.

Barb Ruple has returned from a two and a half week vacation with son and family, David and Angela and son, Chris, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Lillian Cherrier of Sunset Drive spent the weekend in Madrid, NY, where she attended the wedding of her grandson, Ronnie and Michelle French.

The East Palmyra Christian Reformed Church held their annual Summer Bible School and had a "wonderful" time! They averaged 75 kids who were Fishionary Missionaries hooked on Jesus! Those helping to conduct the week's activities were Pastor Carl Bratt, Jean Starkenburg, director of the Bible School and Judy White, music director.

Happy Birthday to Heide Jansen on July 12.

There was a double birthday party a the home of the Devlins on Farnsworth Rd., on Sunday. Justin, celebrated his 12th birthday and Grandpa Adriaansen was 68 - both occuring on July 8.

Bill and Nancy Bouwens of Orange City, FL in Volusia County, have returned home after spending time with their sister, Maude Finch, and visiting other relatives in the area. Volusia County is one place where there were MANY fires. They returned home to rain and less dense smoke.
