This truck carrying 34 tons of asphalt
flipped onto its side this morning in Fairville. Lawrence Craft, 44, of Walworth cut the
turn short, said State Trooper John Kesel.
Turning from Route 88 onto Fairville Station Road, Craft's wheels
went off the pavement and the truck tipped. Craft was not injured, but was ticketed for an
unsafe tire, and inoperable low air warning device. He will answer charges in Arcadia Town
Court on August 13.
