St. Patrick's Day dance

"Irish Eyes will be Smiling" on Saturday, March 14 when Roosevelt Children's Center sponsors a St. Patrick's Day dance at the Newark Elks Lodge from 9 to midnight. The popular band "4:20" from Geneva will be donating their musical talents to provide the entertainment.

A cash bar and snacks will be available. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and door prizes from area businesses.

There is a $5 donation per person. Tickets may be purchased at the door or before hand at Roosevelt Children's Center. To reserve tickets, call 331-2086, ext. 111. Proceeds will go to family programs.
