Richard and Sandra Boerman of Newark are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elise Marie, to Anthony James Comella of Lyons. Anthony is the son of Donna Comella and Salvatore Branciforte of Lyons, and the late Philip J. Comella.

Elise is a 1992 graduate of Newark High School and a 1996 graduate of Nazareth College, Rochester. She is employed by Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES as a speech therapist.

Anthony is a 1992 Newark High graduate and a 1996 graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego. He is employed as the graphic designer of Euro-Rails Model Importers in Newark.

The couple is planning an August 1999 wedding.
