 Students of the week
Tamara was chosen Student of the Week because of the good attributes she displays as a student. She is responsible. She works hard in her classes. She is kind to others. In her spare time Tamara likes to draw. She also loves music and has taught herself to play the guitar. She plays her guitar and sings in her own band, The Arguments. Music is an important part of her life every day and she hopes to be famous some day.
Lindsay lives with her father, Tim, and her step-mother, Jean Taylor. She has an 11 year-old sister, Morgan, who is in 6th grade. Lindsay enjoys soccer and hanging out with her friends. Lindsay was chosen Student of the Week by her math teacher, Mr. Travis, who says that she is very responsible, her work is always done well and on time. In class she is very attentive. If there is something that she has a question about, she is not hesitant to ask. Mrs. DeVoogt, Lindsay's English teacher agrees; "Lindsay is very aware of her responsibilities and follows through with them." In short, Lindsay is a pleasure to have in class. Copyright © 1998 |
