Terry Kallusch and Bob Dobbelaere Construction of Sodus Point have started the handicap acess project at the Newark Post Office. The ramp will be constructed along with west side of the post office.

Dobbelaere says the project will keep building design details as they currently exist. This will be accomplished by first removing the stairs and other architectural details. They will be replaced after the ramp is in place, keeping the historic character of the building intact.
