Indoor "Cemetery Walk" in Newark

The Arcadia Historical Society will present an indoor version of their Historic Cemetery Walk on Thursday, November 12 at the Arcadia Museum, 120 High St., Newark at 7:30 p.m. (The museum is located across the street from the Newark Public Library.)

Admission will be free, with donations accepted. All are welcome to attend.

The seven actors who took part in the Oct. 16-17 Cemetery Walk will reprise their roles in period costume on the stage of the Arcadia Museum. Low lighting will be used to better duplicate the ambiance of the evening cemetery tour.

The actors include Priscilla Gifford, David Honness, Douglas Kraai, John Patterson, Edward Pecoy, Andrew Sloane, and John Zornow. They portray Lucy Fletcher Williams, John Daggett, Col. James P. Bartle, Noah Ennells, Ambrose Culver, Nicholas Stansell and M.J. Flynn.
