Lyons Heritage Society to meet

The Lyons Heritage Society will meet September 21 at 7:30 p.m., at the society's new home, the Hotchkiss Essential Oil Building, on Water Street in Lyons.

The speaker will be William Gavitt, former President of the Lyons National Bank. He will be speaking on banking with the emphasis on local connections. There will be a business meeting and members are urged to attend.

The meeting is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
