The Corner Market"DeLyser brings to the produce industry over 25 years of experience in purchasing and sales with DeLyser Brothers," said officials. In 1996, DeLyser started his own business, JD Produce, which specializes in packing and wholesaling potatoes, onions, cabbage and watermelon for distribution to chain stores. JD Produce also supplies the local fruit stands and restaurants with quality products at wholesales prices 12 months a year.

JD Produce recently moved and expanded the operation to include a retail farm market and garden center (The Corner Market) at Pound Road. John's mother Elizabeth got him interested in the business years ago.
