Concert at Marion Church

Second Reformed Church of Marion is hosting, Heirborne, a music group from Houghton College, in concert at 3757 Mill St., Marion, on Sunday, April 25 at 6 p.m.

Heirborne is a group of seven college students whose ministry through music is a fresh blend of both traditional and contemporary music. Though their backgrounds and church experiences vary, these students share a genuine love for Jesus Christ. As it says in Romans 8:17, all believers are "heirs of God," Heirborne wishes to communicate what a priviledge it is to bear that name.

These students have a joy in serving the Lord through music that is infectious; they are excited about God and His love, they are excited about lifting up His name in praise.

Houghton College is a four-year Christian liberal arts school located in southwestern New York state. The band members will be available after the concert to answer any questions about their ministry or the college. Literature about the college will also be available.
