Classes at Newark Library

Have you ever wished you had a grandmother or an aunt nearby who could teach you to knit, or crochet or hook a rug?

Now you can find the help you need at the Newark Public Library afterschool crafts program. Students in grades 3-5 can sign up for a class on rug hooking. Other handicraft classes are being planned.

There is no charge for these instructional classes and need for materials will be discussed at the first meeting. Call 331-4370 to reserve your spot today.
