Knitting for a need

Are you looking for an alternative to Sunday afternoon football? A way to help those less fortunate than you?

Join folks at the First Presbyterian Church of Lyons for an afternoon of knitting. We'll meet Sunday, February 7 at 2 p.m. in the parlor. You don't need to know how to knit. They'll teach you. Bring your needles and yarn (or show up empty-handed).

Learn to knit squares for afghans, and mittens for children. Your children are welcome at the afternoon of knitting.
