A 'Rainbow' at Lyons Presbyterian

On Sunday, June 13, there will be a celebration at Lyons Presbyterian Church.

The children and youth of the church will be leading the worship service to celebrate another wonderful year of church school. The theme of the worship service is "rainbows" and everyone is invited to wear a bright, solid color and to be part of a human rainbow.

As part of the celebration the children will share their gifts and talents in the musical: "The Rainbow," which was written by Beth Whitbeck of Newark.

Bibles will be presented to fourth grade students and the Sacrament of Baptism will be celebrated. A dish to pass picnic will follow the 10 a.m. worship service.
