Marion Church plans Bible School

The Second Reformed Church of Marion invites children to a castle adventure, set in merry old England. "We have an exciting program planned for the children of Marion," said Marilyn Veit who, along with Heather Raes, will supervise this summer's Bible school.

The church will be transformed into SonCastle Faire, where children will discover the joy of using their talents to serve the King of kings.

The program will feature lively songs, skits, crafts, games, Bible studies and snacks; all of the things that make Vacation Bible School so popular with children and their parents. Kids will be helped to discover their unique abilities and learn how to use them to serve God and others.

Veit, Raes and all the volunteers from Second Reformed Church are looking forward to this special opportunity to reach out to parents and children in Marion and to share with them they joy of developing a personal relationship with God.

The SonCastle Faire Vacation Bible School begins on June 29 and continues through July 2. Classes are held at the Second Reformed Church on Mill Street in Marion from 9 until 11:30 a.m.
