Monte Carlo Thunder Tour in Newark

Chevrolet's Team Monte Carlo Thunder Tour, an interactive and entertaining collection of exhibits and attractions celebrating Monte Carlo's NASCAR Winston Cup racing success, appeared at Mike Barnard in Newark Monday and Tuesday.

The Team was at Mike Barnard in Geneva, last weekend.

Visitors to the Thunder Tour pavilion got a look at the legendary #3 GM Goodwrench Service Plus race-modified Monte Carlo, which is owned by Richard Childress and driven by Dale Earnhardt. Also on hand was the Official Monte Carlo Winston Cup Pace Car.

Visitors could have a souvenir photo taken in a special Tasmanian Devil Monte Carlo race car themed after the popular Warner Brothers cartoon character who appears in Chevy's Monte Carlo advertising.

Another entertaining attraction - the Thunder Tour Mini-Theatre which features an exciting video celebrating Chevy's winning more races than any other manufacturer in NASCAR's modern era, and Monte Carlo's being the winningest car in Winston Cup history.
