Our book choices of the week are...

Old Devil Wind by Bill Martin Jr. A cute Halloween. The floor creaks, the door squeaks and it becomes noisy until the wind comes along.

Mama Cat Has Three Kittens by Denise Fleming. An easy-to-read, colorful book about mama cat and her three kittens.

bookOur Granny by Margaret Wild. The book has a funny way of comparing the ways of grandmothers, but in the end, they are all pretty much the same.

A lot of Otters by Barbara Helen Berger. The beautifully illustrated book tells the story of a the Moon who is looking for her baby moonlet. A sweet story that is easy to read. One of our favorites.

Jacob's Tree by Holly Keller. A cute story about a little bear who is getting ready for his baby sister or brother to come.

In the Haunted House by Eve Bunting. Another cute Halloween story filled with spooky noises.

Arthur's Family Vacation by Marc Brown. Just one in the series of Arthur Adventures. In this story, not all vacations work out perfectly, but Arthur and D.W. find you can have fun despite all odds.

Lets Go Visiting by Sue Williams. An adorable numbers book about a little girl who goes for a walk at the farm and is followed by a number of different animals. The illustrations are adorable; the words are large and easy-to-read.

Froggy Goes to School by Jonathon London. Another great Froggy book. Froggy's going to school and the first thing he forgets when he hops on the bus is his clothes!
