The Sophomore Supper planned for Feb. 7 has been cancelled.

The Girls Basketball Program is raising money for athletes to attend summer basketball camp. Tomorrow, bottles can be left at the elementary school, or you may phone Coach Campbell or Coach Nortier to arrange for bottle pick-up. If you take bottles to ALPCO Recycling Center, ask for your balance to be credited to Marion Girls Basketball Account.

Feb. 8: Zap-a-Snack sale ends.

Happy Birthday, Dan, on Feb. 9.

FEBRUARY 3, 1928: Marion Grange met on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 28th, for a lively meeting with much interest. The Grange passed favorably on the action to put licensed hunters off farms, unless permission was obtained from the owner.

The youth at the United Church took part in the Souper Bowl of Caring on Jan. 30. They collected food items and money for the local food pantry.

Lavina Decker is residing at the Blossom View Nursing Home in Sodus, for recuperation.
