Chicken Soup Challenge in Newark
Local chefs provided samples of their favorite chicken soup recipes, from traditional
to Italian and beyond. Participating were Burnham's Canalside, The Corner, The Farm,
Newark Country Club, Bridge Tavern, Trombino's and the Hospital Food Service.

Last Friday, ViaHealth at Newark and at Myers held a Chicken
Soup Challenge: Good For What Ails Ya! 
The
winners were Burnham's in Newark, Bridge Tavern of Lyons, and The Corner, of Newark.
